What’s different about Stir It Up Recipe Bags?
We try hard to make our recipes as healthy and kid friendly as possible without compromising on flavour. We are also a Community Interest Company, putting people and planet before profits. We can’t wait to start doing good things in the community.
Are your vegetables organic?
Yes, all our vegetables are grown organically and we source from UK farms whenever possible. We believe in responsible farming methods and protecting the soil for future generations.
What’s in the Little Black Recipe Bag?

All the fresh veg, main dry ingredients and important flavouring. To cut down on packaging, we assume you can add bits from your store cupboard like seasoning, oil, milk, flour and cheese.

How do I know what recipes I will be getting?

We offer 3 recipes each week and, to give you lots of variation, they change on a weekly basis. When you order a 3-meal bag option you will get all 3 of these recipes and, depending on how long your subscription is for,  you will not have to do anything each week and the 3-meal bags will keep coming to your doorstep every Tuesday.

However, if you ordered a 2-meal recipe bag, you will have to choose 2 of the 3 recipes on offer that week. These options can be chosen once you add the 2-meal recipe bag option to the cart and the next step allows you to select 2 of the 3 recipes on that week.

Can I choose my recipes each week?

If you are on the 3-meail recipe bag option you do not get a choice. Instead you can relax and enjoy all our recipes on offer each week without having to make any difficult decisions!

However, if you are on the 2-meal recipe bag you do have a tricky decision to make as our all recipes are delicious. If you order on any subscription basis, this decision can be made via the link in your order confirmation and we will remind you when you need to do this via email.

Are the recipe boxes vegan or vegetarian?
None of our recipes contain meat or fish, but you can add whatever protein you like to them! Many of them are vegan if using a cheese/butter/milk alternative.

What happens if I’m out on delivery day?
No worries if you are going to be out on your delivery day. Just let us know when you order where best to leave the bag in your absence.
How often do I order my bag?
You can order a one-off bag or keep ‘em coming every week, fortnightly or monthly – you decide. Just be sure to pause your subscription by midnight on the Sunday before your next Tuesday delivery when you go on holiday.
When is delivery day?
We currently deliver on a Tuesday, usually before 1pm. If you order by Sunday midnight your first delivery bag will be delivered the first TUESDAY after you order, then your renewal will be either weekly, fortnightly or monthly after that depending on your subscription choice.
How do the different subscription choices (weekly, monthly, fortnightly) work?

We currently deliver on a Tuesday, usually before 1pm. If you order any day during the week your first delivery bag will be delivered the first TUESDAY after you order. Then your renewal will be either weekly, fortnightly or monthly after that depending on your subscription choice. The only exception to this is if you order on a Monday, then so your order falls to the following Tuesday, as we are preparing the bags. Subscriptions are collected on a MONDAY and deliveries are on a TUESDAY.

When is my subscription collected?

What areas do you cover?

Currently, we cover the following postcodes; W3, W4, W5, W7, W13 & TW7, TW8, TW9, TW10

Can I cancel or pause my subscription?
You have full control over your subscription and can cancel it or pause it whenever you need. All you need to do is click on the link in your order confirmation email and change your settings in your order. You must pause by Sunday midnight to pause the following Tuesday’s delivery.
